Starting this year in football NFL and College. I have a local who uses the local paper for his number and a local who uses some website. Whats the best way to captilize on this. Im sure i can hammer the guy with the paper numbers as long as i have a good system set up anyone with advice?

I would say use a steam system. Basicly use a line monitoring service and watch for late moves in lines, big money moving lines. Those are often good bets against a guy that uses a paper because his line doesn't move.
